At FM Designs, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. Many of our items are custom decorated specifically for your order, so processing times may vary throughout the school year.

Processing Time

• In-stock items typically ship or are delivered within the timeframe shown at checkout.
• Custom, made-to-order, or high-volume seasonal items may require additional processing time.
• During back-to-school and holiday seasons, order processing may take longer due to increased demand.

Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered in one of two ways:

• Direct Shipping: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• School Delivery: When available, orders may be delivered to your selected school for distribution.

The delivery method selected at checkout will be used for your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

If a package shipped directly to you is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, we're happy to help investigate.
