This listing is for the Boy's Basketball Uniform Pack.  Please only purchase if your child is signed up for elementary boy's basketball this year.  The items that come in the standard pack are the covershirt and shorts.  The backpack is an optional addition, which would be personalized with your child's name and number.  
 
There is a required field for you to put your child's last name as this will be on the back of the shirt.
